iPhone X won’t connect to LTE, just 3G.
I received my phone on Friday and have not left the house, so I have been connected to my home wifi since.
Today I realized that my iPhone X, running 11.2.1, is stuck on 3G.
I’ve tried turning data off and on, airplane mode off and on, checked for carrier updates, soft and hard reset, and reset my networking settings.
I did not want to restore from an iTunes backup as I’d like to start fresh and am trying to hold off on doing so and finding a way to fix the issue without doing so.
Any help would be much appreciated as tech support from my carrier has not been helpful at all.

EDIT: I swapped the SIM from my previous iPhone, which had no issues and I do have cellular data for voice and data on my X turned on under setting > cellular data.
Second Edit: Just did a restore and same issue. Didn’t restore from a back up either.
