Lightning to USB Camera Adapter vs. USB A to A Adapter?
I have a small wired keyboard that I would like to use with my iPad Pro, and have seen that the [Lightning to USB camera adapter](https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MD821AM/A/lightning-to-usb-camera-adapter?fnode=7c2386350349ebd07d4ec2d17fed0114ed0434dff438ff93f24d80694eb9b4cf468f8e99e666912805a729a46479b9f307cc0c42bb27a2541b384e65574302a9d8071715837b59ac017b7480f3aee7bc352ebd0edfcc03d4c47ccb025514c65f) is supposed to allow this to work. Would a simple USB A to USB A adapter (like [this one](https://www.amazon.com/UCEC-USB-3-0-Adapter-Connector/dp/B00W953AWY/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1518049716&sr=8-3&keywords=usb+a+female+to+usb+a+female&dpID=41NXf78mZOL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch)) accomplish the same thing if plugged into the iPad with the Lightning cable it came with? I made a [diagram](https://postimg.org/image/7zbrqdjoj/) to help explain what I’m asking more clearly.
EDIT: I’ve bought a set of adapters from Amazon, and will see if this works.
