Apple has been struggling in the last few years about they want to be …..they are no longer a serious computer company but more of Sony of computers (Not for Pros but more for consumers) – Steve Jobs, 1992 [More in Comments]
I was watching this MIT session Steve had done in 1992 to talk about NeXT, right around the 31 min mark, he is asked about Apple’s current state of affairs.
For those who don’t know, they were struggling at this time.
And he talks about Apple having an identity crisis about what they want to be, and it feels like his thoughts about Apple no longer being a ‘Pro’ user company struck a chord.
