I sent Apple an email regarding a charge that I shouldn’t have been charged for. Their reply was less than optimal.
Now, I’m not normally one to ask for a refund. I usually pay close attention to my purchases so I don’t get random charges. However, I was mislead to believe that I wouldn’t be charged for the first week of Betternet VPN, when they [clearly](https://imgur.com/a/xXS52Op) show that I’d be getting the first week free. Later that day I found a pending charge on my card, so I contacted Apple, and all they had to say on the issue was [that they understood, and gave me some “pointers” on how to troubleshoot apps](https://imgur.com/a/lB5biUr) which I definitely didn’t ask for or need. What should I do now?
