*Opinion* As much as I like iPhone X navigating, the new paradigm is kind of bad on iPad
Am I completely alone on this?
I really like the swipe-from-botton-to-go-home metaphor on the iPhone X. It is perfectly executed and just feels “right”.
However, on the iPad – I feel like they butchered it. Maybe I am the only person but for me it goes home way too quickly. This essentially ruins ding multitasking/multiwindow for me because I feel like I have to be super careful to bring up the dock and then drag and drop the app to the side. This feeling of trying to be very, very cautious makes me want to use multiwindow less and less. I get that it is necessary for future iPad Generations without a home button, but if they dont fix the sensitivity, I feel like they missed the shot.
What do you think of the new swiping navigation for the iPad?
