Keyboard Replacement Program Denial
Took my 2016 MBP 15” in for keyboard service, told them that when I’m doing graphics intense work, the keyboard starts to stick and make clicking noises. I knew it would be hard to show them in store, so I brought videos I had taken of the keys and the noise. They thought there was an issue and kept it for testing. They just let me know that they couldn’t replicate the issue and I’m not eligible for repair.
I’m just frustrated because I know I can bring it home and replicate it easy, but it’s a 2 hour drive to my nearest Apple store, and I’m frustrated they won’t address the issue. It’s also frustrating because I bought AppleCare to avoid situations like this.
Anyone have experience with this?
