Tips for making an iPad 3 usable?
Hey all, I upgraded my wife’s iPad to a 5th gen last year and I’ve still got her old 3rd gen kicking around. I personally don’t have an iPad (generally I use my iPhone X for everything) but there are times I’d like to have a larger screen for some light reading, video and maybe browsing a little. Nothing major. I restored it and set it up on my Apple ID, it’s on the newest version it can get of iOS 9 and it’s just…. laggy as all hell, as you’d imagine. I don’t just want to toss it or sell it for next-to-nothing though, since it’s in good shape and the screen does look pretty nice. Would anyone recommend anything in particular to make it somewhat usable? Is downgrading to iOS 8 worthwhile? Any other tips? Thanks!
