Mobile data sropped working
I have an iPhone 6s and switched from MetroPCS to cricket because the internet speed with merto wasn’t so good. As soon as I swapped SIM cards my mobile data stopped working, I checked for carrier updates and iOS updates but everything is up to date and I also tried resetting the network setting but that didn’t help. Another thing I tried was putting someone else’s sim card in my phone to see if the problem was with my sim card or my plan but that didn’t work either. My iPhone is factory unlocked and I dont know why it’s not working I tried calling apple and cricket but they were no help at all and I’m hoping someone here can help.
