The customer Service Has Me Excited to Switch to Apple
Like many people today, I’ve been trying to find out as much information as possible regarding iPhone Preorders tonight.
While looking at the Apple Store page for as much help as I could get, I noticed a “Chat” page link. This allowed me to speak to a specialist immediately through a chat like service. I went in with many questions but came out with all of them answered! Mary was a joy to talk to, and she was very polite. She helped me understand what kinds of plans Apple has regarding their new iPhones and what’ll be available at launch, and she even helped me decide on which storage option I should go for based on my usage.
Recently, I was seeking a refund or replacement for my Google Pixel Buds. I’m a Pixel 2 XL user currently, and while it’s a been a great phone… My experience hasn’t been so great with Google themselves. It took a whole month before Google could offer me a solution to my Pixel Bud problem. I told them they had a short, and they would ask a question, go dead for a couple days, and did the same thing several times over. In the end they offered me a replacement, and that I would have to send my Pixel Buds back and in two weeks they’d ship me a new pair. I probably wasn’t set to receive my replacement for another *month!* And Google is really bad about getting things to where they need to be. I even ordered a case from Google Shop Online and it got lost.
