Streaming music wireless from iPhone to stereo system
So, I have an old but pretty good stereo system. I rarely use it, because most music I listen to comes from AM in the meantime, which works well in my car through my iPhone, and in my office from my Mac, but not in my livingroom.
Now I want to stream from my phone to my stereo. I thought about buying a new AppleTV (I have an old Gen1, but don’t use it anymore, and it doesn’t work with AM), but that would require me to use my TV to control the music, which I don’t want. It also is a bit expensive only for music.
I have seen BT devices (like [this](https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00IRCDT7Y/ref=s9u_simh_gw_i2?ie=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00IRCDT7Y&pd_rd_r=a31611e1-d1f7-11e8-b94e-09b3fe629085&pd_rd_w=vhVL2&pd_rd_wg=8DfEw&pf_rd_m=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF&pf_rd_s=&pf_rd_r=RKX4TCG9NHF1GM566NEE&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=e1f5257e-d9f4-41f8-86e6-d23e3ad87f0a&pf_rd_i=desktop)), that can connect to my stereo, but they all seem to have their problems. Anyone knows something good, that works well, doesn’t give me the typical noise phones make when they are close to speakers, and doesn’t auto-connect to my phone (so I avoid hearing the standard sounds like ringing, messages, etc.) through my stereo)?
