Why is a “protruding” camera still an acceptable choice for the industrial design team?
New iPads, using state-of the-art, space-age technology…. and we still get a protruding camera bump? The iPad can’t lay flat; the camera lens is begging to get scratched and dinged. How could they not find 1 mm of internal space in the corner to get rid of the bump? Moreover, it just looks off and like downright sloppy designing. Am I wrong? Thoughts?
