Can anyone suggest an app that best replaces a white board?
I find myself using the various notes apps more like the device is a white board than a notebook. In some ways it’s close but I feel that notes tend to imply linear organization while whiteboard concept/software/process planning isn’t always simple and single direction. I’l, create a page that is a related piece but not the ‘next’ page permanently. For example I’d like to dynamically link one page of a notebook to another maybe even a different notebook or sub notebook- can any app do that?
When making a software design, I’d like to identify variables or sub functions and illustrate them with a small item like a box but when I finish mapping out the core function of just that piece on another page – i’d like to make a shortcut out of the box presentation for quick access and detail drill down type exploring when done with an outline.
I’ve tried stock notes and penultimate and currently I’m using notability which is the best I’ve found so far. Thanks for any thoughts
