[question] Dead iPhone and Sprint iPhone Forever Lease Program
Woke up this morning and my iPhone won’t turn on. I tried all the trouble shooting I read online and it still doesn’t work. There’s no apparent physical damage to my phone, it just won’t turn on.
Apple will expedite me a replacement for $350, but I’m due for an upgrade with Sprint’s iPhone forever / lease program. I’m wondering if Sprint will take my phone as is and let me upgrade.. or if I need to go through Apple first. I’ve made an appointment to visit Sprint in a couple days — the stores are all busy of course because of the holidays. Just debating if I should order the replacement from Apple now so I can get a working phone asap — or I should wait on Sprint. Anyone have a similar issue before?
