Apple customer service
So long story short, ive been having issues with my series 4 apple watch. I sent it in for repairs, and two days later i get it back. Said no issues were found. So of course it starfs doing the same thing again. I call them, and i tell them im still having an issue, so they tell me to send it back in again. I explain to them its kind of inconvenient to have to keep sending it in to get no repair and go without my watch for a few days. I explain it would be easier if they send me a new one & i’ll send mine back. After a few days and several hours on the phone they agree to it, They debit my card for $800 and told me as soon as i send mine in it will come off.
I receive my new watch without a return shipping label. I’ve called them 3 days in a row asking for a return shipping label & they say they will e-mail it to me. And of course i still havent gotten it. Im supposed to send it in within 10 days for the charge to come off. I’ve called 3 times over it and still nothing.
What should i do?
