Any experiences with express replacement service on ipad pros?
My iPad Pro 11 inch has been randomly rebooting and shutting down when waking up from sleep. I finally set up a replacement through apple chat, but the lady was not really reassuring, saying that I am already claiming one of my two replacements and then saying that the techs will determine that, it was a little weird. I’ve only done replacements for iPhones and they all end up going perfectly. But with this ipad I’m scared that they’re gonna say it’s bent or something once they get it. I tried checking if it was bent and it might be a tiny bit. But only if you place it face down on a table and observe the middle part when pressing down. So, any experiences with the express replacements on these ipads?
