This might have been posted before, but, I’m wondering if bluetooth is turned on on an iPhone if it stays ‘discoverable’ while it’s in use?

I know previous phones I’ve had there has been a way to use the bluetooth but have it set to ‘undiscoverable’

Does anyone know if it can be seen by people nearby?
