Apple Customer Service FTW
I’ve been having some issues with my 5 year old Magic Mouse. It keeps losing the Bluetooth connection. It’s been really frustrating and I haven’t found a software fix. After finally losing my patience I took the long out of warranty device into Apple.
My attitude with Apple and any company really is “this is your product and it is not working as designed or advertised” an explained the issue. if it’s out of warranty my expectations for satisfaction are always much lower, but I still ask. Ethan at Apple took one look at the mouse and said let me see what I can do. Moments later he came back with a new mouse, no questions asked and apologized for the problem. This is why in the 2-3 decades of being an Apple user I have almost always got satisfaction with any issue.
Best customer service of any company out there. Not a shill just a continually impressed Apple user.
