My 10 yo have managed to find a way to bypass his screentime limit.
Slightly ingenious, but I need Apple to fix this bypass…. Quickly!
Upon screentime expiry, only the phone, messaging and setting apps are still available.
He then simply opens messages, tap the apps button & then tap YouTube (as if to insert a link to a YouTube video).
The Message app then opens a YouTube search dialogue, with full viewing capability…!
This gives him access to any app’s content that could have a link to its content sent… Even though screentime have disabled it…
Am I to exclude the Messages app too???
Surely, I need that App to be available for me to communicate with him, or for him to use beyond the screentime limit.
Have he cracked screentime?
Should I be proud or disappointed?
