iPhone 8 Plus can’t hear and talk on cell network phone calls
My mom’s iPhone 8 Plus is having issues with phone calls. It’s on Bell Canada’s network.
Can’t hear the other person on the call and they can’t hear us. This randomly happens every few days.
We discovered that turning off the phone completely and turning it back on fixes it—until it randomly happens again later…
Wifi calls like FaceTime audio work perfectly. The Genius Bar ran diagnostics with no issues. We brought the phone into Bell’s office as well, and they said the network shouldn’t have any issues.
iOS also up to date.
Any ideas? Would this be the phone’s issue or the network’s issue?
