Looking for advice
When the iPad Pro 2018 was released bendgate was a real concern (it’s funny now, nobody seems to talk about it) and since I was going to be putting my iPad into my back pack everyday, I didn’t want it to bend so I bought apple care for the first time. Three weeks ago I dropped the iPad (with the smart folio) onto a concrete floor. The iPad bezels took two pretty bad gouges, but the machine functioned well and the screen was fine. Silly me, I took it to Apple and swapped it out for $49 and got a new iPad. Happy happy. Exactly seven days later and some drunken shenanigans occurred and now I have a cracked screen. My question is; should I try to suffer through this until close to the end of my apple care, or just use my second ‘fix’ now and no longer have coverage? Also, is there any benefit after the second incident? I’m supposing only technical support at this point? Thanks for your suggestions.
