What happens if send an iPhone with a cracked back screen, to apple as part of their upgrade program?
I’ve been a part of the upgrade every year program through apple for a couple of years now. This year I recently cracked the back of the phone. Everything else is in great shape. With September almost here and a new iPhone around the corner, I don’t want to take the phone in to the apple store to get fixed, if I’m just going to get a new one soon. If I returned the cracked phone when I got the new one, what happens? Do they add more to what I pay every month? Do they charge a lump sum of what you would have to pay to fix it? Obviously since I’m in that program I have apple care, but I still would prefer to save my money if I can. Hopefully someone out there has done this and can let me know! Thanks!
