iPad Pro 10.5 issues with smart keyboard
Have the 10.5 iPP and the smart keyboard. They worked perfectly together for about a year. Then randomly the keyboard would disconnect and I’d have to physically remove the keyboard and reattach it to get it connected again. Sometimes I couldn’t get it to connect no matter how many times I disconnected and reconnected. The frequency of these issues progressively worsened so I contacted Apple support. They had me reset my network settings, which made things MUCH WORSE. Now I can almost never get it to connect. Now they want me to come in to an Apple store.
Before going in… I wanted to see if anyone else had these issues and if there is a software fix?
The iPad and connectors are all in good condition and I don’t think they are the issue.
