Apple Customer Experience!!!
You got to appreciate Apple customer experience and the way they stand behind their products.
So, I had a family member buy me an Apple Mag Safe cord for my 2013 MacBook Pro after my last one wore off sort of speak after years and years of use. She bought it at 3rd party retailer (Canadian Staples) and after a couple of months of use the cord began to turn yellow – physically intact but yellow color along the cord was spreading more and more and power brick was getting super hot whenever I charged the laptop.
I went to Apple store, no receipt, just my good faith in Apple and told them what happened. The guy looked at the cord and I got a new one ordered, free of charge!! Are you kidding me?
Seriously, I will always be Apple customer.
