Bad Apple Surveys Get People Fired
I work as an adviser and just wanted to post this. I am not sure how many of you know that when you fill out an apple survey and are mad at apple it never does a thing but get an employee in trouble and a lot of times fired. The adviser wants to help but they can only do so much and are limited to the help they can give, in a lot of cases with issues they are as lost as you are and can only do the best they can with what they know. This is especially true when updates happen, we know NOTHING about what is being updated until you know. As far as apple ID and recovery we have no control over it so when you get mad because we cannot reset your password just know neither can we, all we can do is help you do it on your side. Same goes for account recovery, we have zero control over it.
