Cool facts about Apple Store Design? (ie: wires that are run through the legs of tables to keep them out of sight, secret compartments that hide products from view, etc.)
I’m fascinated by the design of Apple Stores. An employee I made friends with showed me some of the cool design secrets. Some of you may know about this, but for example one thing he said was “Notice anything strange about this [table](https://imgur.com/a/3G6xmzL)?” I said “No, not really?” then he said “Where are all the wires?” That blew my mind. To those that don’t know they actually [run the wires through the legs of the table](https://imgur.com/N8e8u1F) to make everything look neat.
I love this type of design and I’m trying to draw inspiration from them for my own home interior. One user on macrumors was actually able to [recreate the Apple Store table design](https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/apple-store-fetzer-table-design.1085628/) for their own home and I was hoping to do similar things.
I love the way they are able to tuck unsightly items neatly out of sight.
Another thing I found interesting was the [display for phone cases are actually drawers](https://imgur.com/a/VynOe55) that contain products, keeping everything unnecessary out of sight.
So does anyone know anymore of these cool little tidbits? I find Apple’s design ethos fascinating.
