Because of the store closings and repair delays, AppleCare will likely be slammed with longer hold and wait times the next few weeks.
Please be kind to representatives and support advisors you speak to because the job is tough as it is, and this time will only be more stressful for them. Be honest in your surveys about your experience with the advisor, but don’t be vindictive towards Apple as the surveys can affect them directly.
