Imagine if Apple cared about collecting and selling our data.
Imagine that reality. The two top smartphone ecosystem providers with a duopoly on the market not giving a fuck about user privacy or, as apple has displayed in the iOS 14 update, to /empower/ their user of maintaining their integrity.
Apple could have easily gone down this path when faced with a lagging Siri and the easy opportunity to make another trillion by monetizing user data.
Just wanted to make a discussion thread on the impact apple as by far the most prominent consumer brand that empowers and highlight data privacy to the masses. Also, are there any other companies in other types of markets that empower their customers with a fundamental attribute that parallels?
