Printing via Ricoh Connector App
I’m trying to transition away from my laptop to my Gen6 iPad for most things at my work. I’m really close to no longer carrying my laptop but a few problematic bumps in the road are blocking my way.
I can provide some info on they types of output desired, but admit I’m not great with the many technical terms that super-users use.
I can print many documents wirelessly to the available work printers, but have several output sources that befuddle me.
I input my payroll data into a web-based interface after doing so, I hit “printable report” and another table show up on my browser. On my laptop this prints without issue wirelessly. On my iPad I go through the same input and the table shows exactly the same way. When I hit the Share button on any IPad interface the Ricoh Connector app doesn’t show up in the app choices, even under the …More button. There is a option in the drop down that is send to connector (the Ricoh App) but nothing happens. I have tried three different browsers without any luck.
Again a web-based problem. Again I input data into a web based database and produce another web-based output. Generally, from my laptop (PC) I just hit CTRL/P and it prints the data. When I hit the Share button on IPad it provides the Ricoh app in the app choices, but upon selecting the app it opens the Ricoh App, but instead of the web-based document I want to print I get the following error.

My IT department, like most, it over extended and not really able to dig deep into singular user complex issues. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
