Is There No Way To Protect Photos Behind A Thumb/Face Scan? Or To add Tags to photos?
This is something I have always been curious of on iPhones… Everyone knows of the fabled photo-swiper, who when you go to show them a picture of your kids instinctively swipe left and end up on a picture of you in your undies or something. Something I dont encounter much these days, but I see the issue crop up all the time to the point its basically a meme at this point.
Perhaps a little bit less scandalous, if I want to take a picture of something that has numbers/info in it that I want to use soon, but want to password protect it that would be nice too (and putting the numbers in a Notepad note doesnt offer any protection either).
Is there no way to “Protect Photo” with your thumb/face? I am aware of the hidden folder, but that can still be accessed by anyone you hand your phone to.
Beyond that, is there no way to add a tag to a photo? Like “first wave to Nana” or “Babies first step” “Funny hat picture” … Instead I have to just kinda scroll through a few hundred photos around the general time until I find the one I’m looking for.
These seem like such an obvious features, and yet I’ve never seen them.
