Apple replaced my defective Iphone 7 with another defective iphone 7
After apple replaced my first iPhone 7 for connectivity issues about 2 months ago, replacement phone is having the same exact issues as the first one. I can no longer connect to my cellular network. Contacted support over the app and they said they would repair for free of charge. I explained that they replaced my previous phone for the same exact issue, and explained how this is the most aggrivating thing how they are just gonna replace it again. Rep basically just said “i understand and we will rectify this” and proceeds to continue with asking me when I want to set up my appointment to repair this iphone. How many broken iphone 7s will Apple give me?? I can’t do this again, I am going to switch to Samsung or Google or something. This is unacceptable.
