Do the newer Smart Keyboards and Folios or Smart Covers, that use the Smart Connector, that are made for 9.7 iPads work for the 2016 iPad Pro?

So I have an old 2016 iPad Pro, and cannot seem to find good accessories for it. I was wondering if I can, for example take a Keyboard Folio for the 2018/2019 iPad and put it on the 2016 Pro? Might be a dumb question, but where I live it’s dry of good accessories.
