PSA: Check all the features of your phone/devices before leaving the Apple store after repairs.
I took my 8 Plus in for a new battery. Everything was good until I got home and realized my volume buttons no longer worked.
Props to Apple though; I went back to the store, talked to the manager, and they sent me home with a brand new phone and case.
People complain about Apple’s prices all the time, but this is the type of support we pay for, and it’s nice to see them following through years after a purchase.
