(University) Windows laptop + iPad, what’s the best app across devices to sync notes/files/lectures

Id like to use notibility for notes and I realize they don’t sync to my windows laptop which is fine, but what app can I use to sync my files such as lecture notes etc between devices.
One drive, Google drive, etc what’s the best method?
