Airpods Pro keep slipping out of ear due to oil/sweat, does anyone have ear tip solutions they can share?

Hi all,
My title pretty much says it all. I can’t enjoy my Airpods Pros because they keep slipping out of my ear and I’m continually having to push them back in, to the point that I’m literally shoving it down my ear canal. I’ve read around and saw silicon/memory foam ear tips as a possible option, but when shopping around, the company either doesn’t make them for Airpod pros, or it’s from a sketchy site. Does anyone have a recommendation? thank you!
