Apple Support’s response to AirPods Pro firmware 2C54
Spoke to Apple Support over text, and they just referred to me this statement: “We have received reports of this exact issue with the ANC being less effective after the new firmware update. Currently our engineers are working on finding a resolution to this issue. In the meantime, please make sure to keep your iOS software updated. Also, if you notice any of the symptoms change or you find a workaround, please do not hesitate to connect with us and let us know.” So I guess I have to just suck it up and wait for an update.. crazy how they haven’t figured this out yet.
