New to iPhone what protection do I need?

I’m about to get my first ever iPhone. (the 11 Pro) Now I tend to be clumsy and drop my phones a couple times a year and I know iPhone screens and backs tend to break pretty fast. So I’m wondering what a good case and screen protector is that isn’t really expensive. I’ve looked some up but most of them have questionable designs and are really bulky. I also prefer it to show some if not all of the color of the phone considering I will get the gold one. Can someone point me in the right direction?
