“Jumping” inside a page in a pdf file

I’m new to the ipad and Apple products in general, but I specifically bought my ipad, because I found it was the best option for reading e-books. However, I was wondering which pdf viewer/document reader would have a really specific feature I really appreciated in my Kobo Aura One: jumping inside the same page in a pdf document.
When I would open a pdf, crop the page and then flip the screen to landscape mode, the reader would move through the segments of a page, instead of scrolling down or showing the entire page at once. Just as if it would flip a page in an epub document. Does any of the e-book reader apps in the App store have this feature? Thanks!
