My worst experience with iPhone Screen Repair
I have a cracked screen iphone XS max and trying to get it repaired in apple store / apple certified repair (eg: bestbuy) from last one month.
**Below is my experience:**
* No appointments for next week, whenever I check on apple support app (you can only see the appointments for next 7 days).
* After lot of trying and calling the apple support finally got an appointment for 23rd August in BestBuy.
* Visited BestBuy on the scheduled date and time. Repair person took all the details made me to sign couple of documents and entered all my details etc on his computer for 20 min and said he can’t replace the scree because **he doesn’t have a part** which is needed for replacement.
* He also mentioned there is no hope when he will get those parts and he cannot reschedule the appointment.
Called apple again and scheduled another appointment (after 7 days) in another location this time an apple store. Not sure even, they will have the parts. **Can i call them and check ?** – *no not possible. Just simply drive there and return like an idiot.*
I don’t have the backup phone to mail my phone and get it repaired.
