RHR misleading?
Physicians and experts alike agree RHR is best measured right before you wake up or within minutes of waking – usually while you are still in bed.
Apple chooses to take it at random times, given the increased variables that can affect it how can we trust the values and more importantly the trends?
For those who sleep with your watch, you can find your true RHR as the “low” number which is most often shortly before you wake up.
Hopefully Apple can use that value instead – my reported RHR is 59 while my low HR asleep is 44 so clearly something is off with the way they choose to record RHR via health app.
